The drives on the JBOD have the failed light, when we pulled the redundant power supply. It killed the drive.

Boot into WebBIOS, all drives appear UNCONF BAD, change them all to UNCONF GOOD, then scan devices\drives, add the old drive back, reboot.

Do not initialize!

Sata cables - correct direction

Dedicated Hotspare, NOT global has been tested to automatically failover on the LSI 8480E and SuperMicro JBOD chassis.
